Praveen Sharma
Founder & CEO
Praveen is the visionary founder behind AA Plus Consultants. He has seen the telecom industry from the perspective of the licensor and regulator while working at DOT and TRAI respectively as also working on the other side of the table representing various telecom service providers including MTNL, BSNL, Reliance Infocomm and Tata Communications. Praveen is presently associated with NELCO , a leading VSAT service provider of Tata Group, Global Cloud Exchange (GCX), a global international connectivity and submarine cable system operator, and Ishan Group of Companies, leading Internet and other services provider, and Sloka Partners, a global advisory firm.
With a strong background in telecom regulation and policy advocacy, he has been instrumental in driving success with innovative solutions. Praveen is a well renowned figure in the Telecom industry. Praveen's dedication to ensure a fair environment for all the stakeholders and the general public is the core in his approach towards the regulatory environment.

Rishabh Aditya
Senior Advisor
Rishabh brings expertise in telecom regulatory compliances, contracting and company secretary roles to our team. His experience of over 30 years leading telecom service providers has enabled a deep understanding of regulations. Rishabh has a strong track record of interpreting regulations, supporting in devising innovative products and services, devising and driving regulatory compliance. With a background in global telco contracts, he enhances our offerings and commitment to the telecom industry.
As a qualified Company Secretary, he has wide experience of listing and corporate compliances, board and shareholders’ meetings. This adds a diverse aspect to our offerings to our clients.
